The leadership structure of our Back Creek Friends Church is rooted in a spirit of unity and shared decision-making. Rather than relying on a single leader or hierarchy, we practice a consensus model where members come together to prayerfully discuss and discern the direction of the church. Decisions are made when there is agreement among the congregation, reflecting our belief in the importance of community-led leadership and the guiding presence of the Holy Spirit. This approach fosters collaboration, trust, and mutual respect, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and valued in the life of the church.
